Definitely hits the cocoa bliss point: deep flavored yet mellow with a gorgeous melt. We selected coconut nectar for the 10% 'dash of sweetness' in this recipe. For a less sweet hot chocolate, melt 25g per cup of skimmed milk. Suitable for vegetarians.
