Reflets de France Apricot Jam 325g

Extra Apricot Jam from Rousillon. Bursting with the Rousillon sunshine these apricots are picked at the point when they are yellow-orange in color and when their sweet flesh is plump and bursting through their skin. Cooked in a pan with just enough cane sugar this fruit exudes so much flavor and takes us back to our childhood.
