Blue Dragon Sushi Rice 500g
Serving Suggestion: Wash 250g of sushi rice thoroughly in cold water and drain. Next, cover the rice with cold water and stand for 20 minutes. Drain and rinse. Add the rice to 400ml of water in a pan and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and cover. Simmer for 10 minutes or until all the water has been absorbed. Remove from the heat and cool to room temperature. For sushi, flavour the rice with 2tbs Blue Dragon Sushi Su, or alternatively, mix 2 tbs Blue Dragon Rice Vinegar and 2tbs sugar and add to the rice.
