Garofalo Tagliatelle Pasta 500g
Garofalo has been making pasta for over 300 years in Gragnano near Naples in Italy, the home of pasta. Made from 100% robust desert durum wheat and shaped using a bronze dye gives Garofalo pasta its premium taste and texture. Tagliatelle is long, flat pasta ribbons, shaped into nests (Nido) From the Italian tagliare, meaning "to cut", tagliatelle is a traditional type of pasta from Emilia-Romagna and Marches regions of Italy. Tagliatelle is traditionally served with a meat or Bolognese sauce, but also works extremely well with a cheese or cream sauce.
