M&S Rogan Josh Sauce. A rich and fragrant curry sauce flavored with tomatoes, onions, coriander and red chilies. Pan-fry diced chicken, simmer gently and place in a casserole dish with the sauce and oven cook. Serve alongside basmati rice and naan breads. Serves 2.
