Garofalo Fusilloni Pasta 500g
Fusilloni is the big brother of the extremely popular fusilli, similar in shape but just twice the size. Its corkscrew shape is perfect for chunky, meaty sauces like ragu. Fusilloni is also ideal for pasta bakes, keeping its texture even after time in the oven. Garofalo pasta is formed through a bronze die this method allows a little friction on the surface of the pasta, which becomes slightly rough and porous allowing the sauce to cling and be absorbed into the pasta giving a delightful eating experience.
