These crisp charcoal biscuits are perfect with our smooth and creamy Wind rush goat’s cheese or the rich piquant flavors of our Bledington Blue or a salty, fruity Gorgonzola. Add sweet, buttery hazelnuts to the cheeseboard and a glass red wine. With organic non homogenized milk from our grass pastured British Friesian cows, the organic Creamery on our farm make award-winning organic cheese by hand using traditional, artisan methods.
